I could only speculate why Mr. Pacheco would file an appeal Pro Se to the detention order when he is apparently "represented" by Ryan Schuenke.
He's probably getting really pissed at his lawyer (for reasons that are obvious to me). If that's the case, then this guy needs a real lawyer that's not a member of the good ol boy network or good friends with the persecutor here in Adams County, IL.
