Here is the fax confirmation. I sent the document that Cora Newbold was defaulted on. During Schuenkes Initial conference with me, his desire was to get Newbold defaulted. So it happened.
On 3/4/2021 Judge Tad Brenner was there instead Of Judge Hentz and Schuenke was a no show. So I had it continued to 3/11/21. He told me everything was ok. He was obviously working in-concert with judge Hentz and that's why he wasn't there that day. Judge Brenner had a really shitty tone with me. That's probably because I mopped the floor with one of his friends kids in court back in 2010. I made the adverse party pay her attorney fees in which she filed bankruptcy on.
